Most canopy suppliers hand you a shell and wave goodbye. We're different: Roam Offroad supplies the canopy, fits it to your ute, and then builds everything that goes inside — drawers, shelving, fridge slides, lighting and full dual battery power systems.

That means one workshop, one team, and a tray-and-canopy setup where the storage and the electrics were designed together instead of bolted on afterwards. We're in Gawler South, about 40 minutes north of Adelaide, and fit canopies for customers from all over the northern suburbs and the Barossa.

Power Inside the Canopy

This is where being an electrical workshop pays off. We wire canopies with lithium dual battery systems, DC-DC charging, solar input, battery monitoring, interior lighting and outlets exactly where you need them — cleanly installed and properly fused.

Which canopies do you stock?

We're a stockist of Teralume Industries' XGO range — fully welded aluminium canopies, trays and tray-and-canopy packages designed and built for Australian conditions, along with the full range of XGO storage accessories.

Can you fit out the inside of the canopy too?

Yes — that's the point of coming to us. Shelving, pantries, drawers, fridge slides, lighting and complete dual battery power systems, all designed and installed in the same workshop that fits your canopy.

Will a canopy setup affect my payload or GVM?

A canopy, storage and gear all add weight, and it's easy to creep past your factory GVM once the fridge and water are in. We can assess your build's weight and, if needed, pair it with an engineered GVM upgrade so the whole setup stays legal.

Can I mount a roof top tent or platform on the canopy?

Yes. XGO roof rails let you mount platforms, trays and roof top tents on the canopy. We'll check the load rating for your setup and supply and fit the rails and tent.
