This is what we do best. We design and install complete off-grid power systems for caravans and camper trailers — lithium batteries, solar panels, inverters, DC-DC chargers, and full 240V integration.

Every system is custom designed around how you actually use your van. We sit down with you, work out what you need to run, how long you want to be off-grid, and then build a system that handles it — properly wired, properly fused, and properly labelled so you can understand it yourself.

Suspension & Ride Quality

A loaded caravan needs suspension that can handle the weight without bottoming out or swaying on highways. We supply and install suspension upgrades that improve towing stability, level out your van when it's fully loaded, and handle corrugated dirt roads without shaking everything loose inside.

Whether it's upgraded leaf springs, shock absorbers, or airbag assists, we'll match the right setup to your van and how you tow.

Lighting & Interior Upgrades

Upgrade the inside and outside of your van with modern LED lighting — strip lights, reading lights, awning lights, and external work lights. We can replace old halogen globes with efficient LEDs that run longer on battery and give better light output.

We also install USB charging points, Anderson plug setups, and custom wiring for anything you need powered inside your van.
